| A letter from the owners of Neighborhood Pest Control Inc. Hi, my name is Mike Shi. I am the President of Neighborhood Pest Control Inc. I wanted to take a minute to tell you about myself, my family and our company and why I think you should switch your pest control and termite service to Neighborhood Pest Control Inc. First let me share with you how I stared my career in the pest control industry. Over 13 years ago my Dad helped me start my career with one of the largest pest control companies in the industry. I started with the company as a termite technician. During this time I took every opportunity to learn everything I could about termites and how they live and infest homes. I went on to take my Florida State Pest Control and Termite & Fumigation test. And then received my Florida State Certified Pest Operator Licence. I also took several correspondence courses like the Texas A&M Termite Biology & Control and AIB -(American. Institute of Baking). I went on with my career and crossed trained as sales inspector and pest control technician. In 2001 my wife Sandy Shi also joined the team in the pest control business office. She learned about Customer Service, Sales and Bookkeeping within the industry. And took varies training in pest control, termite and customer service. And later went on the work in the termite business office. We both dreamed of owning our own business and felt we both understood what customers are looking for in a pest control company. So after much thought and planning we said good bye to that National Company and created Neighborhood Pest Control Inc. Neighborhood Pest was formed over 3 years ago. We are fast growing company and understand in order to earn your business we must treat each customer’s home or business as if it was our own. We rely on our client’s word of mouth; we understand when you are happy with our service you will tell your friends and family about us. This way we save on advertising and to keep our clients services affordable. We continue ongoing training to insure we are using the latest and greatest technology to take care of your pest control and termite needs. We were both born and raised in Osceola County.
